Missions

After a general training course within the various departments, you will focus your learning with the Metrology and After-Sales Service (SAV) teams.
Initially fully guided, then gradually independently, you will participate in operations at the head office (internal), but also in interventions at our customers (external)

Metrology and internal after-sales service missions

  • Updating and writing calibration frames
  • Update of the customer equipment fleet (certificates)
  • Updated repair procedures

External after-sales service missions

  • Monitoring of equipment, tools and service technician authorisations
  • Follow-up of service technicians' intervention reports
  • Interventions in pairs with experienced technicians, at our customers' sites in France
  • Commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibrations, checks, etc. of our various solutions (pressure, flow, temperature control, gas and dust analysis, steam metering, biogas, etc.)

Profile required

Know-how
  • Correct English to be comfortable with technical documentation
  • Careful written expression (rigorous intervention reports)
  • Technical and manual fibre, taste for physics and assembly of devices
  • Beginner with a solid desire to learn the profession of instrumentalist after-sales technician
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics, electricity, electronics and computer science
  • Compliance with safety regulations internally and at our industrial customers
  • B license essential

As a design technician, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various processes, from design to compliance with standards and certifications, and technical feasibility.

We are looking for a technician to complete the support team for our gas analysis activities, particularly environmental measurements.

We're offering you the chance to join our team as a Product Support Technician. Your main task will be to diagnose and find corrective solutions, mainly remotely from our Clermont-Ferrand headquarters, for systems installed at our customers' sites (designed in-house and running under Windows and Linux), in collaboration with the developer and the after-sales team.

Your skills in industrial computing and networks will enable you to meet the need as effectively as possible.

You will also be required to monitor the projects you work on, in particular by managing the databases of the various customer systems.

You'll be responsible for monitoring the customer base, mastering system processes, and maintaining hardware and software for the customer.

Profile required

  • With a 2/3-year degree in industrial computing, networking or automation, you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial computing on automated systems.
  • You have knowledge of systems administration (database/SQL) and automation, as well as skills in reading and studying diagrams and in automation.
  • Knowledge of environmental standards and regulations, as well as diagram reading skills.
  • Computer networking skills would be a plus.
  • You are organized, reactive and have a proven ability to analyze and perform remote maintenance. You're comfortable working as part of a team, but also with customer relations.

Missions

We have an opportunity within our product support team. Come and join us for the position of Instrumentation Product Manager!
Your role will be to guarantee the maintenance and development of our range of measurement instrumentation products, mainly flow, but also pressure and temperature.
You'll also provide technical support to the various sales and after-sales teams. As a technical expert, you'll help study specifications, validate technical solutions, assist with diagnostics and much more.
You will also collaborate with our marketing department on competitive intelligence and market research, as well as managing changes in the costs and selling prices of products for which you will be responsible. You will also participate in the production of digital technical content distributed on our social networks.
You will also have the opportunity to train other in-house staff as well as customers and distributors on our products.
Finally, you will take part in various audits in collaboration with our Quality Department.

Profile required

  • With a scientific background (Bac+5 level), you have real technical skills in measurement instrumentation, electricity, electronics and physics.

Operations Manager

We're looking for an Industrial Operations Manager to join our team!

Contract: CDI, as soon as possible. Position based in Clermont-Ferrand.

As a deputy to the plant manager, the Operations Manager's role is to transcribe the strategic decisions of management and take operational action in collaboration with the various department managers (quality/engineering/scheduling/production/methods).
He/she will coordinate all production and production management operations (management of the production manager and the scheduling manager), and ensure that processes are properly implemented.
He/she will be responsible for drawing up production plans in liaison with the plant manager, sales manager and scheduling manager, analyzing plant capacities.
He/she will be responsible for proposing investments to improve production performance.
The Operations Manager will have a cross-functional and strategic role, requiring a global vision of the plant's various projects and cross-functional management of projects with the various departments. In liaison with the Quality Manager, he/she will be required to define the main performance indicators to assess the smooth running of the production line.
In liaison with the Plant Manager, he/she will participate in defining projects and priorities, as well as human resources requirements.
The Operations Manager will have a versatile role, and will also take part in engineering projects and liaise with other Group entities.

Profile required

  • With an engineering background, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a production or project operations manager in the industrial sector in an international context.
  • You have already managed teams and projects, and are familiar with production and/or engineering issues.
  • You will be able to manage cross-functional projects and work with a variety of international contacts.
  • You are self-reliant and rigorous, have a good command of English and genuine organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of electricity or measurement and instrumentation is a plus.
