Features
The Automatic Cleaning Kit - DEV 200 is an automated cleaning system for pitot probes and depressurizing organs. Thanks to this cleaning box, the pitot tubes are dusted without the need to disassemble them for maintenance.
This automatic dust collection system is designed to maintain the performance and efficiency of the flow measurement system in dusty environments. By injecting and blowing compressed air between 5 and 7 bar at an adjustable rate and duration, the dust that clogs the pressure taps of the measuring element is ejected and the orifices are unblocked.
The cleaning box is composed of an IP66 steel box, a man-machine interface, three solenoid valves, and a power supply. Optionally, a heating element can be added for use in extended operating conditions. The integrated touchscreen allows you to adjust the parameters adapted to the application. The automatic back-blowing box can be installed remotely from the pitot tube flow meter.
