Chemicals, energy, metallurgy, cement, pharmaceuticals, paper, food and mining.
Features
Based on proven inductive electrification technology, the ZiDM series has a detection limit of 0.01 mg/m³ and retains its world-renowned reliability and robustness. The various functionalities available mean that the ZiDM series can be used for a wide variety of applications: in emission measurement, industrial process control or filtration system monitoring.
It can be installed into process applications like baghouse, cyclone, dryer or other dust collection systems to monitor particulate emissions as well as filter performance.
The ZiDM series is often used for process control in applications where dust levels must not exceed defined limits.
The integrated relays of the ZiDM series can be used as an alarm signal for dust levels. The mA output and RS485 interface make this instrument ideal for trend monitoring applications. The very short response time is a typical feature of Fuji Electric's analysers dust monitors. It enables early detection of malfunctions in the dust abatement process and prevents costly product loss.
