High-temperature in situ O2 analysis
Fields of application
Industrial furnaces
Features
The ZTA/ZTF module is an optional component of Fuji Electric's zirconia oxygen measurement platform.
This element enables the ZFK8 O2 zirconia probe + ZKM O2 controller to be used for in situ measurement of oxygen levels in high-temperature gases, above 600°C and up to 1590°C.
The ZTA/ZTF ejector module, on which the ZFK8 oxygen measurement probe is mounted, takes the form of a flange-mounted, sealed metal housing. An insertion tube of different material, depending on the process temperature, is inserted into the process (pipe, industrial furnace, etc.) and draws in the gases to be analysed, thanks to the Venturi effect generated by the compressed air applied to the ejector.
A backflush is provided to analyse gases loaded with solid particles.
Model ZTA is electrically heated and is not CE marked. The ZTF model is naturally heated by the process and contains no electrical elements.
