Membrane flushing device pressure transmitter
Used when diaphragm seal operation is likely to be impaired by deposits in the process fluid.
Features
Flushing rings are installed between the diaphragm seal (flange or cell version) and the process flange using standardized gaskets.
Flushing rings with mounted valves complement installations on diaphragm seal, facilitating maintenance without the need for dismantling. In addition, calibration of the measuring point can be carried out on site using the flushing ring with mounted valves and an upstream shut-off valve.
Process connection | For flanges to EN 1092-1 and ASME B 16.5 DN 50, 80, 100, 125 or DN (NSP) 2", 3", 4", 5 PN 16 ... 100 or Class 150 ... 600 |
Material | 316L stainless steel |
Sealing face | To EN 1092-1 Form B1 or to ASME B 16.5 RF 125 ... 250 AA |
Rinse port | ½" NPT female (without screw plugs) |
