SCR Power controller with advanced functions - REVEX PA

The REVEX PA is a three-phase unit with superior functions to those of the REVEX 3PH models, since it can perform Phase Angle activation with or without current limits. REVEX PA is therefore also suitable for controlling inductive loads, such as three-phase transformers. Its algorithms also enable power control for special loads, such as MoSi2 and SiC heating elements. REVEX PA is suitable for controlling both normal resistance loads and short-, medium- and long-wave infrared lamps.

Unlike the REVEX 3PH products, the REVEX PA features high I2T junctions, suitable for managing IRSW (ultra-short-wave) lamp current peaks even in smaller sizes such as 35A or 50A. The unit can be controlled either via analog input (4-20 mA/ 0-10 V) or via Modbus® serial communication. The microprocessor enables the unit to be activated in various ways, including: Burst Firing, Phase Angle, Delayed Triggering, Zero Crossing. Control can be performed in voltage, current, power or V2 and I2 with transmission to Vxl. Another feature of our device is the integrated USB port, which enables the instrument to be configured in safe mode, without the aid of the connected load and auxiliary voltage. During configuration, the device is powered directly from the USB port.
