The ZFCS automatic calibration and cleaning kit is a system for cleaning by injecting compressed air into the probe tube. It also includes a module for automatic calibration of theanalyser in-situ zirconia oxygen ZFK8.

Theanalyser gas unit consists of a measurement probe (ZFK8) and a controller (ZKM) (to be ordered separately) integrated in the cabinet.

Theanalyser oxygen sensor is combined with a convection tube inserted in the chimney flue to channel the flue gases.

This system guarantees continuous measurement of oxygen concentration in dusty flue gases from biomass boilers, incinerator furnaces and industrial furnaces in the metallurgy, glass and cement industries.
