Features of the calibration and cleaning module for analyser O2 - ZFCS

• Integration and additional protection of the ZKM controller.
• ZKM functions (see ZKM/ZFK8 datasheet)
• Automatic, programmed or remote control of calibration and blowback functions (via ZKM).
• Manual control of calibration and blowback functions (via push-buttons integrated in the box).
• Expansion and adjustment of function gas pressures: compressed air, zero calibration gas, span calibration gas.
• Case with glass front panel for displaying O₂ measurements and status information.
• Option "P": solenoid blowback valve integrated on the ZFK8 sensor just downstream of a pressure vessel for powerful cleaning. Without option 'P', the backflush solenoid valve is integrated in the ZFCS box, and the pressure tank is not supplied.

Notes :

• The ZFCS cabinet supply scope does not include the ZKM controller, the ZFK8 probe, probe tube or the connection cables. These items may be purchased separately.
• The ZKM itself should be equipped with the automatic calibration and back-purge options.
