Ideal to monitor CO2 in the air

The ZFP9, non-dispersive infrared gas analyser, is suitable for CO2 concentration measurement in the air. Air analysis is performed using a non-dispersive infrared sensor (NDIR sensor). It allows ZFP9 to accurately measure CO2 concentration.

Thanks to its alarm functions (high and low limit) as standard, it can also be used as a controller.

The measured value is displayed directly on the indicator and is sent to the analog output (4 to 20mA) which is included in the standard model.

Operating principle NDIR

The analyser is based on the NDIR single-beam principle, a proven method for measuring gas concentrations. The device uses an infrared source to emit a beam of light through ambient air containing CO2. A detector then measures the amount of light absorbed by the CO2, enabling precise concentration determination.

With a measurement range from 0 to 20%, the analyser offers flexibility for a variety of applications, from domestic to demanding industrial environments.

Exceptional repeatability of ≤ ±1% ensures reliable, consistent measurements. What's more, zero drift is maintained at ≤ ±10% for a period of 6 months, guaranteeing long-term stability of results.
