"ATEX" indicates that they are certified for explosive areas, while "SIL2" and "SIL3" refer to Safety Integrity Levels, with SIL3 being more secure than SIL2. They measure pressure under extreme conditions, while ensuring safety and operational reliability.
Short delivery times or from stock (French manufacturer pressure transmitter)
Fuji Electric's pressure transmitters industrial FCX-AIV V6 series continuously measures fluid pressure, flow, level and density.
The range of pressure measurement instruments is suitable for all types of application: liquid, air, gas and steam.
FCX-AIV V6 industrial digital pressure transmitters are designed to the highest quality standards to guarantee safe, reliable measurements. They offer unrivalled performance for optimized control of your equipment.
With enhanced SIL2 and SIL3 safety features, they measure gauge, differential or absolute pressure and convert it into a directly proportional 4-20 mA output signal.
Digital signal processing by the microprocessor-based electronics unit and its micro-capacitive silicon cell deliver exceptional speed, accuracy and stability.
Whatever your industry, Fuji Electric digital pressure transmitters adapt to your environment and your requirements. From a few milibars to the most extreme pressures, the instruments guarantee the high precision, stability and robustness you expect.
FCX-AIV series explosion proof and Intrinsically Safe pressure transmitter are also designed to operate safely in hazardous environments.
Their wide measuring range offers astonishing flexibility, enabling you to reduce your instrument stocks by reducing the number of part numbers. Their reliability and robustness mean you can continue to operate your installations, even in extreme environments.
The silicon sensing element receives a pressure differential that varies two capacitive values.
The siliicum chip is mounted floating in the neck of the measuring cell to obtain high static pressure and temperature characteristics.
Thanks to the silicon membrane of the microcapacitive element, hysteresis is minimised.
The result is excellent stability and reproducibility.
The optimised structure improves the output and long-term stability of your pressure transmitter.
The floating cell protects the pressure transducers from harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-term stability.
The small size of the cell allows easy handling while providing improved temperature and static pressure.
Water hammer and excessive pressure surges are controlled.
Fuji Electric's FCX-AIV V6 series pressure transmitters are equipped with digital indicators for pressure measurement. Thanks to the bar graph on the display, the output level can be quickly and intuitively understood in the same way as with an analogue indicator. The simultaneous display in physical magnitude allows precise reading of the measurement. The bargraph function allows you to quickly view your pressure measurement. In the event of an anomaly, the display of an error code on the screen enables users to understand and react quickly to the situation.
The digital indicator consists of a 2-line, 6-digit LCD display and 3 push-buttons for accurate reading of the measured pressure. It displays the measurement in physical units and allows local configuration of all the pressure transmitter's setting parameters. The push-buttons and digital display provide an intuitive, easy-to-understand interface for configuring the instrument.
All the pressure sensor parameters are available via the 3-button digital indicator. You can configure and adjust the data using a magnetic pen and without opening the cover of the indicator.
FCX-AIV V6 intelligent pressure sensors feature a HART® version 7 communication interface.
A portable HART communication tool or a computer equipped with configuration software and a HART modem can be connected.
Instruments are quickly configured and configurations saved.
Fuji Electric offers a complete set of FDT (Field Device Tool) drivers free of charge for DTM (Device Type Manager) software users.
This allows you to troubleshoot, configure and access full settings using PACTware™ (or another FDT compatible program).
Thanks to its exceptional SFF, the SIL2/SIL3-certified FCX-AIV pressure sensor is the preferred choice of I&C engineers when the design of a safety function is required.
The implementation of Safety Instrumented Systems in the process industry (IEC 61511) allows risks to be reduced to a targeted and acceptable level and the maintenance strategy to be organised to maintain this level of safety.
With SIL 3 capability, the FCX-AIV V6 is certified as a SIL2 (HFT=0) or SIL 3 (HFT=1) integrated safety system.
It complies with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards.
The high level of safety of the AIV V6 pressure transmitter is guaranteed by its SFF (Safety Failure Fraction) rate of over 92.3%.
The SFF of the pressure transmitter is defined as the ratio: [Average rate of failures detected (safe and dangerous) + not detected (safe) ] / Total average rate of failures experienced.
FCX-AIV explosion-proof pressure transmitters are specifically designed to operate safely in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosions due to the presence of flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dust such as mines, chemical plants and oil refineries.
The explosion proof pressure transducers are certified in accordance with IECE standards(International). They meet strict requirements for ignition protection and can be safely installed in environments with potentially explosive atmospheres.
FCX-AIV Intrinsically safe pressure transmitters are designed for use in environments where there is a high risk of ignition but demand a higher level of safety than explosion-proof devices. These devices have undergone rigorous testing and are suitable for use in hazardous areas
Fuji Electric's ATEX explosion-proof and intrinsically safe pressure transmitters guarantee safe and reliable pressure measurement in industries with potentially explosive atmospheres.
